Remove the deprecated and internally unused SymbolDisplayBuilder. We've had a few releases where the node builder + emitter have been fully capable substitutes for it.

Remove the deprecated and internally unused SymbolDisplayBuilder. We've had a few releases where the node builder + emitter have been fully capable substitutes for it.

Remove the deprecated and internally unused SymbolDisplayBuilder. We've had a few releases where the node builder + emitter have been fully capable substitutes for it.
