Subject: [PATCH] The sandbox's demo-logins card sits on the login form only

Owner, with the assistant sheet open on the ordering page: "i see demo
logins here? why?"

The sandbox's nginx injects the card before the first <form on every page
it serves. That was the login page's form until the ordering page grew one
of its own, the assistant's composer, and customers were shown staff
logins. The anchor is now the login form by its id, which no customer page
carries.
