Better out-of-box Experience for Developers

Improve the out-of-box experience for new developers trying out RC4Community.

There needs to be:

• less steps to instant gratification
• less errors and warning
• less apparent complexity initially

Ultimately, developing and deploying a scale-to-million system is NOT SIMPLE and they will be exposed to all its complexity. BUT the initial experience is most important - so they'll stay and learn / discover this complexity. (every one of us experienced this with MeteorJS , for example)
