Two questions, and please never post actual phone numbers, patterns are all I need.
First: what's getting through? Describe the spam that beats the filters. Local-number spoofing, delivery scams, bank impersonation texts, robocalls with a country code you never get real calls from. The category and rough shape of the number matter, the digits don't.
Second, and more important: has CallShield ever flagged a call you needed? A blocked school, pharmacy, or delivery driver is the worst failure this app can have, and I weight false positives far above missed spam. Which detection layer fired, if the app showed you, turns a complaint into a fix.
Rough counts help too. "Maybe one gets through a week" versus "three a day" tells me whether your region's coverage in the database is thin.
