Subject: [PATCH] fix(desktop): skip native notifications outside app bundles

UNUserNotificationCenter aborts raw macOS dev executables even when Tauri
embeds a bundle identifier. Require an actual .app/Contents/MacOS layout
before initializing the native notification center.
