What changed

  • record immutable 0.1.3 implementation, release-PR, tag, GitHub Release, live-smoke, OIDC, registry, digest, provenance, public-install, contract, and README evidence
  • record the scoped release-PR changelog finalization and the observed bounded PyPI CDN propagation retry
  • confirm both release opt-in variables are restored to false and recovery variables remain absent

Why

The release process requires accepted remote, live, and registry evidence to be captured in a separate post-release documentation pull request. Exact versions appear only as dated immutable history; persistent/current-state guidance remains publication-neutral.

Validation

  • uv sync --locked
  • Ruff check and format check
  • Pyright strict
  • pytest -m "not live" (378 passed, 1 deselected)
  • changelog, public-preview, and releasable document/version gates
  • secret and workflow semantic checks
  • actionlint 1.7.12
