fix(cloudflare): Prevent DurableObject lifecycle proxies from caching stale context

Fixed bug where lifecycle methods (fetch, alarm, webSocketMessage, webSocketClose, webSocketError) were caching the first instance's context and options in the global WeakMap, causing subsequent DurableObject instances to use stale DurableObjectState for Sentry operations.
The fix creates a fresh proxy for each instance by:
1. Storing the original method in a local variable
2. Creating a new proxy that closes over the instance-specific context and options
3. Passing noMark=true to wrapMethodWithSentry to prevent caching in the WeakMap
4. Marking only the instance-specific proxy as instrumented
This ensures each DurableObject instance gets its own proxy with the correct context and options.
