Happy with Copilot CLI, now get Copilot out of VS Code

I am happy with GitHub Copilot CLI being its own standalone agent. This allows the CLI to work independently regardless of the IDE being used for development. That being said, I think it's time GitHub Copilot exits VS Code. As being part of VS Code, the popularity and usage of Copilot is not as high as the other tools.
