I fully plan to support all of the capabilities of the webservices plugin. Proper XML-RPC implementation will allow for easier implementation into protocols like Jabber.

Situtation:
Server goes down, it's in the GLPI inventory. Tickets get generated, an SMS message gets posted, and, for anyone listening, messages can be posted into a Jabber chatroom, for organizations that make extensive use of the Jabber protocol, or the wave federation (rest in peace) protocol.
