Clean install?

I messed up my nextcloud by attempting to reset the password and couldnt log in. I attempted to wipe the data so I could clean install and now my appdata is missing and wont boot at all and wont allow me to reinstall. How do I reset everything so that I can have a fresh install?

I fond the answer after searching through the documentation and after running the commands I was able to get a clean install. Thank you!
