util: add non-throwing MIMEType.parse
Similar to `URL.parse(...)`, the `MIMEType.parse(...)` API will return `null` if the input cannot be parsed as opposed to throwing the way the constructor does. util: add non-throwing MIMEType.parse
Similar to `URL.parse(...)`, the `MIMEType.parse(...)` API will return `null` if the input cannot be parsed as opposed to throwing the way the constructor does. util: add non-throwing MIMEType.parse
Similar to `URL.parse(...)`, the `MIMEType.parse(...)` API will return `null` if the input cannot be parsed as opposed to throwing the way the constructor does.
