crypto: preserve RSA-PSS legacy pubkey DER
Recreate the historical rsaEncryption AlgorithmIdentifier used by X509Certificate legacy pubkey output for restricted and unrestricted RSA-PSS keys without relying on deprecated RSA APIs. crypto: preserve RSA-PSS legacy pubkey DER
Recreate the historical rsaEncryption AlgorithmIdentifier used by X509Certificate legacy pubkey output for restricted and unrestricted RSA-PSS keys without relying on deprecated RSA APIs. crypto: preserve RSA-PSS legacy pubkey DER
Recreate the historical rsaEncryption AlgorithmIdentifier used by X509Certificate legacy pubkey output for restricted and unrestricted RSA-PSS keys without relying on deprecated RSA APIs. crypto: preserve RSA-PSS legacy pubkey DER
