fix: green CI on main

- drop never-read `capturedUpstreamContentType` to satisfy unused-vars lint
- assert pan-on-open guard via `panBy` (not rAF spy); the Nuxt/happy-dom
test env schedules a stray rAF during mount, making the count flaky
