fix: use worktree-aware cwd for FilePreviewPanel to match markdown link resolution
When a worktree thread is active, markdown file link paths are resolved relative to the worktree directory (via gitCwd/markdownCwd). However, FilePreviewPanel was always using activeProject.cwd as the root for reading files, causing a mismatch: a relative path computed from the worktree would be incorrectly resolved against the main project root. Use gitCwd ?? activeProject.cwd so that FilePreviewPanel resolves files from the same root that was used to compute the workspace-relative path.

fix: use worktree-aware cwd for FilePreviewPanel to match markdown link resolution
When a worktree thread is active, markdown file link paths are resolved
relative to the worktree directory (via gitCwd/markdownCwd). However,
FilePreviewPanel was always using activeProject.cwd as the root for reading
files, causing a mismatch: a relative path computed from the worktree would
be incorrectly resolved against the main project root.
Use gitCwd ?? activeProject.cwd so that FilePreviewPanel resolves files from
the same root that was used to compute the workspace-relative path.
