can I use docs's vite theme for my blog?

I use stackblitz for a long time. I love it so much.
These days, I want to make my blog website more beautiful. And the stackblitz's docs vitetheme is very beautiful!
I don't know whether can I use it. And the vitepress theme for docs is opensource? (I mean can I use theme directly?)
I think it's immoral to use it directly ，so I came here ，to know more about the vitetheme's .
