Subject: [PATCH 5/5] fix: complete kanban cards on terminal agent_end, not
 turn_end

turn_end fires per model turn, so Done on the first turn marked
cards complete while OMP was still working. Move to Done only on
agent_end when willContinue !== true. Resolve lanes by name only
so Archive cannot be selected by position.
