  • Brio: a mobile control plane for securely connecting to and managing Hermes Agent sessions, profiles, jobs, memory, and conversations. Built with Expo, React Native, Go, WebSockets, and PostgreSQL.

  • Built Billingua Talent for AVAA and the U.S. Department of State's Venezuela Affairs Unit.

  • Led a production platform migration at Free2Z from React to SvelteKit.

  • Built internal systems for AVAA and EducationUSA to replace scattered spreadsheets with operational platforms.

  • viamu: a multilingual platform for discovering global opportunities and preparing applications in private workspaces. Built with Nuxt, Vue, Expo, Go, PostgreSQL/pgvector, and Supabase Auth.
  • RegistroCiberVE: a bilingual, evidence-first registry and analytics explorer for cybersecurity incidents affecting Venezuelan organizations. Built with SvelteKit, TypeScript, Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL, ECharts, and Cloudflare Workers.
  • Brio: a mobile control plane for securely connecting to and managing Hermes Agent sessions, profiles, jobs, memory, and conversations. Built with Expo, React Native, Go, WebSockets, and PostgreSQL.
  • Built Billingua Talent for AVAA and the U.S. Department of State's Venezuela Affairs Unit.
  • Led a production platform migration at Free2Z from React to SvelteKit.
  • Built internal systems for AVAA and EducationUSA to replace scattered spreadsheets with operational platforms.
Current Focus
Open to backend, full-stack, orchestration, infrastructure, technical leadership, founding-engineer style, advisory, and selective consulting work.
Beyond Code
I am pursuing a Master of Public Administration at IESA and have spent years volunteering in education, leadership, technology access, and youth entrepreneurship initiatives.
