Client-side Rework / Update

This is the client-side rework/update discussed in 3DS-RPC/3DS-RPC#98 (comment)

Changes

• Added Pretendo support.
• Replaced Friend Code authentication with API keys.
• Fixed several deadlocks and other smaller client issues.
• Updated the client to use the new API routes introduced by #98 for API-key and console-based authentication.
• The client can now automatically use the console currently selected on the website, removing the need to manually configure a Friend Code.
