Description

  • Normalize Google Forms intake required and optional fields (trim + lower-case email) before enqueuing jobs.
  • Build deterministic idempotency keys using submission_id, submitted_at, or a SHA-256 payload fingerprint fallback when missing.
  • Mask email in intake webhook enqueue logs, intake job logs, and CRM processor logs/errors.
  • Make intake completed-at CRM field configurable via CRM_INTAKE_COMPLETED_FIELD and skip updates when unset.
  • Add duplicate-contact guard in processor and tests for blank required fields + stable idempotency when submission_id is missing.

Related Issue

#68

How Has This Been Tested?

  • Not run (not requested). Unit test coverage for Google Forms intake behavior was updated in tests/unit/test_backend_api.py.
