Product engineer who owns the full surface: product, infrastructure, instrumentation, and the systems that make the next pass easier.

Most of 2026 has been agentic engineering. Repos, prompts, skills, bots, and review loops structured so agents can ship real production work under tight constraints. Not "AI writes code" — the engineering systems around the code.

What I Build

Galleon Labs is my agents practice: agents that own a job from request to verified result, built and run by me. Two things live under it — the ZKP2P products and the agents that run them. Everything else below is my own.

Agents, by Galleon Labs

  • Oneshot · my Slack-native work agent: request in the team channel, reviewed PRs and verified deploys out.
  • Barbossa · the agentic overseer for the fleet: product health, scheduled agent teams (Shipwright ships the ZKP2P apps, KnowShip runs KnowFulham), investigations, releases.
  • Davy Jones · an evolving "AI-me" experiment with its own identity, tools, channels, and a bounded wallet; publishes its own research as @davyjonesintern.
  • HyperGrok Trading Desk · open source: turn a Grok Bot into a seven-agent Hyperliquid trading desk.
  • andrewwilkinson.io · this site, regenerated from scratch every week by an agentic pipeline.

Side projects (mine, not Galleon)

  • Broadside · fast multiplayer naval combat in the browser.
  • HL Privateer · a concluded experiment in running an agentic trading desk on Hyperliquid, self-hosted and TypeScript-first.
  • The Flying Dutchman Theme · an artisan nautical dark theme for VS Code and six other developer surfaces.
  • Claude Code Tools · agents, skills, hooks, and workflow guardrails.

Earlier work: Oneshot CLI and barbossa-dev, the open-source predecessors of today's Oneshot and Barbossa.

Background

Before ZKP2P I founded Galleon DAO, a DeFi structured-products protocol that raised $1M and reached $20M+ TVL. Galleon Labs grows from that chapter but is a different thing: an agents practice with its own products. Before that: fintech, payments, enterprise blockchain, growth, and product engineering.

Today: product engineering, payment infrastructure, and agentic tooling. Build the product, then build the machines that keep the team shipping it.

ZKP2P products, by Galleon Labs
