Building the Next Generation of Civilizational Protocol.
Adaptive Intelligence Circle (AIC) is a non-profit open technology organization founded by Nguyen Duc Tri in April 2025, with a vision towards a decentralized, civilized protocol that creates positive change in Global South and the world at large. AIC focuses on key 21st-century issues such as decentralized governance, Ethical From Kernel, Zero donation (not receive grants from Government/Big Tech or unrealible organization) and the third path. The organization respects the principle of software freedom while also upholding ethical and transparent infrastructure development principles. As of July 2026, AIC has a large volume of diverse repositories across all popular platforms such as Github, Open Collective, Codeberg, and GitLab, and is also promoted through YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Substack, and Apple Podcast with LeadWithAI (#1 Tech).
The whole industry is in a scaling rush: hundreds of billions of USD are poured into compute, data center, chip.
The US and China plunge into the military + commercial AI race.
Large labs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI...) mainly argue about alignment at the surface level.
No one seriously invests in restructuring intellectual infrastructure from the root, because it does not generate money quickly and is too abstract.
-> This is the time when it is easiest to see the biggest gap, but it is also the most difficult time to do because the pressure must follow the mainstream.
- The mind soon realizes that scaling law and surface alignment will lead to two dangerous outcomes: either AI is instrumentalized by power, or humans lose the meaning of existence when material scarcity is solved.
From Global South to the World
The Adaptive Intelligence Circle officially acquired EU (Estonia) legal status and financial management under The IO Foundation in July 2026, ensuring that all AIC operations are transparent and ethical. We welcome programmers and researchers who share our concern for the meaningful existence of humanity in the future through ethical human governance and technology.
We believe that AI should not only learn — it should understand, adapt, and preserve meaning.
Our mission is to create a foundation of open technologies that combine:
- Adaptive AI (meta-learning & self-regulation)
- Introspective Behavioral Compiler Systems (IBCS)
- Driver Introspective Proxy
- AI for Driver
- Adaptive OS
- AIC-Emergence, AIC-Resonance, AIC-Transcendence, AIC-Covenant and many other significant projects
Together, these projects form a distributed cognitive infrastructure — bridging reasoning, security, and human-centered structure at the kernel level.
Upcoming projects: AIC-Agents, AIC-Research, AIC-DePin, AIC-Earth, AIC-EdgeOS (active development – coming 2026)

Nguyen Duc Tri, born August 18, 2004, is a Vietnamese programmer and independent technology founder. He developed Adaptive Intelligence Circle – a multi-layered civilization restructuring protocol that emerged in April 2025. It is the culmination of over 40 open repositories as of July 2026 and aims for the innovate, fundamental revolution in technology and humanitarian values that brings to World Meaning Infrastructure. At the age of 20 years and 8 months, he is one of the youngest (possibly the youngest) people in Vietnam and the world to implement a long-term vision through a multi-layered civilization protocol from Global South. He is currently a final-year student at HUST and a TechUp Fellow/Strategic Partner at The IO Foundation.
Throughout his career, he applied for a software engineer and AI training position at xAI (now merged with SpaceX) in July 2025, and was invited to apply for an AI data training position at Invisible Technologies in April 2026. In the same year, he is currently participating in FlyRank AI as an AI Fluency intern. Known for his independent thinking and strong technical skills, he has bet on a future architecture based on Ethical From Kernel, Third Path Absolute, Human Meaning Network and Zero Donation. He has designed and maintained this system as a multi-tiered and distributed structure, inspired by pioneering founders and deeply expanding the scope of technological history. This work aims for a sustainable, flexible, transparent, selective, and independent ecosystem. In March 2026, he had the honor of participating in an online meeting with United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) – as an informal senior advisor.
“If intelligence is the ability to adapt, then the next evolution of AI must begin with adaptation itself.”
