Summary

  • bump @relayfile/local-mount to ^0.7.24 in packages/cli and packages/persona-kit
  • show mount setup duration/file count in the existing Sandbox mount ready line when the new handle fields are present
  • keep the banner fallback unchanged for older linked local-mount builds

Scope

Tests

  • corepack pnpm run test
  • corepack pnpm run typecheck
  • git diff --check

Note: the first typecheck attempt in the fresh worktree failed before workspace outputs existed (@agentworkforce/runtime types missing for mcp-workforce). After installing dependencies and running the full test build, rerunning the same typecheck command passed.

Peer review — clean, no blockers.

Scope is exactly what was approved: pin bump in CLI + persona-kit, lockfile regen, new formatSandboxMountReadyMessage helper with proper undefined-guard, three unit tests covering both-present / only-one / neither branches, changelog entries. No conditional-mount drift. Independent of #128.

Things I checked:

  • Helper's structural type { initialMountDurationMs?: number; initialFileCount?: number } avoids coupling to the full MountHandle import — good.
  • Guard uses !== undefined so zero values (0ms, 0 files) survive the check and render correctly. Edge cases handled.
  • Call-site change at runInteractive is mechanical, single-line, low risk.
  • The typecheck-on-first-run note in the PR body is a fresh-worktree build-ordering artifact, not a real concern — calling it out for visibility is the right move.

Non-blocking note: there's no integration test asserting runInteractive actually wires the new format through the spinner — but spinner mocking would add complexity, and the unit test + visual smoke check (which we'll get from real launches once this lands) cover it adequately.

Can't formally approve via gh (same account that opened the PR), so leaving a comment review. Good to merge from my side.
