When a chat updates an agent while its playground session tab is not active, I expect the playground to switch to the new latest version when I return. The new version appears in history, but the playground stays on the previous version and does not let me navigate to the new one.
Steps to reproduce
- Open an agent in the
/m playground.
- Keep a playground session tab open, then move away from that tab so it is not active.
- Update the agent through chat, creating a new version.
- Return to the playground tab.
- Open version history and try to navigate to the newly created version.
Expected behavior
The playground refreshes to the agent's latest version. The newly created version is also selectable from version history.
Actual behavior
The new version appears in version history, but the playground remains on an older version. The new version cannot be opened from the history.
