@davidrohr there is a complain about vulkan in CMake for the fullCI. Did anything change since friday?

Was anything changed wrt the build container? docker pull registry.cern.ch/alisw/slc9-gpu-builder:latest still gives me the container I used before which is some months old.
For sure nothing has changed in O2 that can explain this. It is basically CMake detection for Vulkan, which is failing.
I am now trying locally here.

So, compiling O2 in that container, I get

Found Vulkan: /lib64/libvulkan.so (found version "1.4.304") found components: glslc missing components: glslangValidator

while in the O2 build in the FullCI of this PR, I see

Could NOT find Vulkan (missing: Vulkan_LIBRARY Vulkan_INCLUDE_DIR) (found version "")
