Getting Started

To get started with TaskHive, follow these steps:

Prerequisites

• Node.js installed
• PostgreSQL installed and running

Installation

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/your-username/TaskHive.git
   cd TaskHive

2. Install dependencies:

   npm install

3. Setting the Database:Create a new database in PostgreSQL and then run the SQL script to create necessary tables:

   psql -U your-username -d your-database -f sql/the_hive.sql

4. Create a .env file in the root directory and add the following variables:

   SECRET_WORD="YOUR_SECRET_KEY"PG_USER="YOUR_DATABASE_USER"PG_HOST="YOUR_DATABASE_HOST_ADDRESS"PG_DATABASE="YOUR_DATABASE_NAME"PG_PASSWORD="YOUR_DATABASE_USER_PASSWORD"PG_PORT="YOUR_DATABASE_PORT"

5. Start the server:

   node server.js

6. Open your browser and go to http://localhost:3000.
