Bug Report: Special Chinese Characters Appearing in AWS-Related Responses

Description

Observed garbled/special Chinese characters appearing in responses next to AWS-related content. This appears to be a rendering or encoding issue in the response text.

Example

In the response explaining AWS compute options (see attached file bad_special_chars_response_on_aws.md), line 65 shows:

| **Fargate** | Serverless *containers* — runs Docker images, no EC2 to manage | AWS租金 a virtual machine for your container, you don't see the hardware |

The text "AWS租金" appears where it should likely be readable English text (possibly "AWS-provided" or similar). This character corruption appears specifically when describing AWS services.
