`Ctrl+A` and `Ctrl+E` (emacs keybindings) don't work in the prompt — must use arrow keys

Claude code has a terminal command. Unable to jump to end or start of line with Ctrl+E or Ctrl+A with emacs keybindings. Must use arrow keys, which is slower for editing prompts.
