File tree interface and theme bugs

1. In the file tree interface, each operation on a file, such as adding a file/folder, renaming, or deleting, refreshes the folder interface and collapses all folders to an unopened state.

2. After setting to Light mode in General → Appearance, the editing area remains Dark.
