Description
Adds empty end-to-end DDEX test, wired up to CI. To make this possible, this PR also:
Also fixes DDEX's local dev via audius-compose, so now
audius-compose up --ddex-onlyworks locally. It also doesn't bring up the protocol dashboard anymore, which saves a lot of resources.How Has This Been Tested?
