command: suggestions on 'vm create' command helps

1. The description of --ssh-key-path should mention it is the 'Destination path for Ssh public keys'. Suggest to rename `--ssh-dest-key-path``
2. The description of --ssh-key-value is missing
3. --public-ip-address-type has redundant mentioning of value set of 'none', 'new', 'existing', please remove. Same on --dns-name-type
4. --name -n [Required]: The VM resource name., suggest remove resource
5. --private-ip-address-allocation : Dynamic of Static private IP address allocation., suggest private ip address allocation method. Possible values include Dynamic, Static.... Do the same one `--public-ip-address-allocation
6. --storage-redundancy-type : The VM storage type., please call out the valid types
7. --subnet-ip-address-prefix : The subnet address type., this should not be the 'type', rather the address prefix in Ipv4/CIDR format such as '10.1.0.0/16'.... . Same on --virtual-network-ip-address-prefix
8. Please add a couple of more samples so to use through all the parameters.
