This PR fixes az vmss application set in the VM command module by correcting the property path used to set gallery applications on a VMSS instance, and by removing leftover debug output. This ensures the command updates the intended VMSS model field instead of writing to an incorrect (camelCase) attribute that isn’t honored during serialization.
