Restructure solution to single sln file for all projects.
More structured layout and naming.
Add common props file.
Start splitting providers to own projects (ServiceBus test only in this iteration).
Unify nuget package versions.
Fix build warning.
Fix build errors now enabled on release build.
Clean up namespaces, file headers for samples and tests.
Write exception when InstanceStore.WriteEntitesAsync fails.
