Describe the Bug

Issue with VSCode Designer when click on trigger the Designer view going to blank screen in few seconds

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

1. Cleaned up required folders
2. Installed latest version of VSIX (vscode-azurelogicapps-5.992.0.vsix) downloaded from https://github.com/Azure/LogicAppsUX/releases
3. Updated bundle version and specified path refer below screenshot (C:\Users<your_username>.azure-functions-core-tools\Functions\ExtensionBundles\Microsoft.Azure.Functions.ExtensionBundle.Workflows)

4. Created workspace -- Logic App -- StateFull WorkFlow and updated version in both host.json files and CDN URL in both local.settings.json files 5. Opened Designer and tried to create trigger but in few seconds getting blank in Designer view 6. Tried few time opening Designer after killing func process from task manager, but no luck 7. Tried cleanup twice all folders and repeated above steps but no luck

Unable to repro with same vsix/bundle, please provide info from output logs and a project zip if you can

[Update]

During our internal investigation regarding the old designer issue in VS Code, we observed that the issue appears to be associated with some of the existing Resource Groups in the Brazil South & Central US regions (and a few other regions) within the Logic Apps Test Sub subscription. So we used West US 3 and continuing the testing.
But still need investigation to find the root cause.
