[Feature Request] `ManagedIdentityClient` should expose `remove_tokens_for_client()`

Problem Statement

#666 added remove_tokens_for_client() to ConfidentialClientApplication, but ManagedIdentityClient has no remove_tokens_for_client(). This makes it impossible to clear managed identity's access token from MSAL's token cache.

Proposed solution

ManagedIdentityClient should expose remove_tokens_for_client().
