Improved experience for Azure SDKs with Microsoft Identity Platform authentication

Description

Improving the integration between Azure SDKs and Microsoft Identity Platform authentication, specifically working on functionality needed for Agent identities. This enhances how applications can authenticate and authorize when using various Azure services through their SDKs.

Readme provided for usage

Fixes#3417 and #3420
Required for Agent identities

Improved experience for Azure SDKs with Microsoft Identity Platform authentication
Description
Improving the integration between Azure SDKs and Microsoft Identity Platform authentication, specifically working on functionality needed for Agent identities. This enhances how applications can authenticate and authorize when using various Azure services through their SDKs.

Improved experience for Azure SDKs with Microsoft Identity Platform authentication
Description
Improving the integration between Azure SDKs and Microsoft Identity Platform authentication, specifically working on functionality needed for Agent identities. This enhances how applications can authenticate and authorize when using various Azure services through their SDKs.
Readme provided for usage
Fixes#3417 and #3420

Required for Agent identities
