CCInx

Build predicted cell-cell interaction networks from single-cell data. Uses the Bader lab ligand-receptor database (DOI:10.5281/zenodo.7589953) generated by Ruth Isserlin.

Installation

devtools::install_github("BaderLab/CCInx")

This package is under development, so keep up-to-date by regularly checking for updates using

devtools::update_packages()
