• Promote prod gateway (site-api) to staging digest with G2 lattice leaderboard ranking (metric=score, not ascending bpb).
• Promote prod prism-challenge to the same #163 image line so top-model publish matches lattice score.

Test plan

• remote-deploy prod master --build-from registry
• GET /v1/site/arenas/prism/leaderboard → metric=score, docs: improve README formatting and clarify aggregation method #1 = highest DB score (G2), not lowest bpb
