Add news placeholders

Based on issue #138, I have created the requested placeholder to display the value of the block in your hand. Additionally, I have added a few new placeholders, such as:

The value of the block you are looking at.

The value of a specific block you pass as a parameter.

A new count placeholder, since sometimes the limits addon is not used, and it's useful to see how many blocks of a specific type you have, counting only the blocks of the same type as the value.

It’s important to note that the value returned by the count placeholder is updated only after using the /is level command. In other words, if you add a new block, it won't show in the count placeholder until you run the command.

The new available placeholders are:
