This PR

  • Updates the dependencies to Julienne 2.4.3 and Assert 3.0.2.
  • Replaces the Julienne 1.5.3 test feature, in which test functions produce a logical result, with the Julienne 2.4.3 feature, in which test functions produce a test_diagnosis_t object.
  • Removes a gfortran workaround not needed with gfortran versions 14.3 or higher.
