If Call is ignored, VoIP Background mode stays activated

If a phone call is Ignored, the iOS VoIP Background mode stays activated so that when the app is minimized, a red bar appears at the top of the phone (even though there is no active call).

Still no idea why this happens sometimes. It seems to be intermittent.

We are exploring Video support for our server (BetterVoice.com) now. Once we roll that out, we'll be forced to add video to this as well :). However, I currently don't have an exact time for that.

We welcome pull requests though!
