Navigate to the folder of the protocol you want to run, then: python protocol_prepocessor.py

Depending on the specific protocol, you may be able adjust the number and kind of samples, the repeats per sample, and/or the specific pieces of labware that are used. Get more information using: python protocol_preprocessor.py --help
