git clone https://github.com/Biocrafting/TsDatabaseToJson cd ./TsDatabaseToJson npm install npm start You probably need to edit the dbconfig.json to establish a connection to the right database.
If everything done correctly, there should be a new file in the result folder which contains all requiered data.
