Unable to launch stlearn interactively

Hi,

I created a conda environment for stlearn as per the instructions in https://stlearn.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation.html. However, I am not able to launch stlearn. Can you please help me understanding the issue? Thanks

Below are the steps followed & the error msg received -

Try: apt install

This app only supports running on local machines.
Also, you need to install stlearn in conda-forge by the tutorial. Please check it again.
