LGTM. I think this edit is a good start for explaining the audience to other writers.

Still what is relevant or not is ambiguous, but I guess it will also have to be assessed by the community and other maintainers in case by case basis.

LGTM. I think this edit is a good start for explaining the audience to other writers.
Still what is relevant or not is ambiguous, but I guess it will also have to be assessed by the community and other maintainers in case by case basis.
