Recording on Jitsi was not working today, so here's a short summary instead.

• Due to time change in Europe and holidays, we were a small group of 4, but we still went over our usual process of reviewing current issues and PRs and considering the next section
• We went over the 3 remaining pages from Milestone 8. Alexa will continue the Open Design page, and @pavlenex will pick up the review of the Research pages
• For Milestone 9, we still have a handful of in-progress pages to wrap up, see the Google Doc and the respective issues and PRs for the status
• Milestone 10 will be about revising the Private Key Management section for Lightning. Overall, we don't expect a huge amount of changes, as the section deals with basic information about how different key management techniques work. The Bitcoin Backups page will likely need the biggest changes. As we were only a small group present, we decided to not assign the pages during the call, but instead prepare issues for revising each page, and then running them past the regular contributor for takers. See the issues in the Lightning progress overview issue

A few other things that come up:

• Should we switch Payments and Private Key Management sections in the sidebar? Seems like a more logical sequence
• The guide can be overwhelming as there's a ton of content and sometimes it's not obvious how it is all connected. We should consider redesigning the landing page and creating clearer top-level categories (like the BTCPay documentation and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines)
• Do we want a closer link between the UI kit and the screens in the guide? For example, being able to click a screen in the guide to get an overlay with more details, like on the UI kit site?
• @pavlenex is looking into turning Patricias research into persona sheets that designers could use as reference. This could go into a sub-page of the Research page.
• We chatted about how we sometimes have more or less time and focus to contribute to the guide and community, how this is completely normal, and it's helpful to clearly communicate with others about these things
• We'll create a new issue about reordering the pages (move up funding, move backup further back) and refreshing the header images of the Onboarding section
