#2222 finish UAT in-place flow and converge tested surfaces

Implements #2222 and addresses #2219, #2220 and #2221.

This pass fixes the Human UAT blockers and the non-conforming tested-surface presentation uncovered during real Afterglow testing.

UAT:

• verifies the Human session before working-copy persistence;
• persists Afterglow with explicit current profile authority;
• removes the forced page reload/profile-boundary loop;
• keeps START UAT REVIEW on Manage > General;
• removes the unrelated Full Verification Inbox action and narration;
• preserves Local-only / zero-spend / deterministic PASS/FAIL boundaries.

Tested-surface handoffs:

• keep current PPF-backed Story Map, Write, Storyboard, Previs and Scene Workspace routes;
• add a stable current provider-neutral Production inspection target;
• do not route to legacy /structure or /production.

Presentation convergence:

• compacts PRE-PRODUCTION context into the current Matrix header grammar;
• makes Block-native Write editor-first with source evidence subordinate;
• compacts Storyboard readiness so visual/editorial work appears as the dominant workflow;
• compacts Previs into the same Matrix hierarchy;
• uses existing Skin V1 tokens only and does not change story/project authority.

No visual baseline is auto-approved; changed surfaces remain Human-review candidates.

Merge only when Architecture Verification / WebMCP / visual checks are green.
