Summary

add rowGroupBreaks and rowGroupGap to stacked discrete-bar definitions
insert configurable extra spacing after selected entity rows
preserve existing layouts when no group breaks are configured
bump @buildcanada/charts to 1.1.0 for release

Validation

11 focused stacked-bar tests pass
@buildcanada/charts typecheck passes
package build passes

After merge, the existing auto-release workflow will create v1.1.0 and publish the package to npm.
