Add more Fields to the Add Task Panel

Description:
Currently, the Add Task Dialog Box/model has several fields, but not all are able to be added. Some fields are able to be specified only via the CLI tool. The goal is to make the as many fields to be specifiable (upon creating a task) on both frontend and backend as possible (some might not be able to, due to conflicts in data types, etc.).

Fields to Make Editable:

• Description (description)
• Project (project)
• Tags (tags)
• Urgency (urgency)
• Priority (priority)
• Due (due)
• Start (start)
• End (end)
• Entry (entry)
• Wait (wait)
• Depends (depends)
• RType (rtype)
• Recur (recur)
• Annotations (annotations)

Note: Since it is a large task, separate PRs shall be created for each field, iteratively. Also, since some users may prefer Not-to add some field, it should not ideally throw any error in case any such field is empty. Hence, keeping their addition Completely Optional.

HI, @its-me-abhishek , for now i have implemented start field, Please review when you get a chance. I'll work on the other fields .

@its-me-abhishek I would like to work on the annotations. Can you specify some more details regarding the UI and functionality of it?

IMO Since one Task can have multiple Annotations, It should be something similar to Tags, but rest depends on how it turns out to be!

@its-me-abhishek Hi, I tried to work on the annotations part of the issue but since the backend was in Go I was not able to fully implement the changes. However, I've made the frontend changes.
