Summary

This PR aligns the runtime dependency constraints in conda-recipe/meta.yaml and pyproject.toml so that Conda and PyPI installations use consistent supported dependency ranges.

Changes

Dependency alignment:

  • Updated shared runtime dependency versions in conda-recipe/meta.yaml and pyproject.toml to match.
  • Added missing dask and distributed dependency constraints to pyproject.toml.
  • Preserved intentional packaging differences, including art/python-art naming and the separate pip installation of waterEntropy for Conda builds.

Impact

  • Keeps Conda and PyPI package dependencies consistent.
  • Reduces dependency drift between the two packaging configurations.
  • Ensures supported dependency ranges are maintained consistently across installation methods.

Sensible to keep them in sync. Might make sense in future when we adjust rennovate to widen that we decorate these and let renovate management both directly.
