Generated/local artifacts are present in the workspace

Evidence:

• Ignored local files include coverage/, .nyc_output/, Python __pycache__, .pytest_cache, .DS_Store, and src/scripts/export.xlsx.
• coverage currently includes a browser profile-like directory under coverage/~/.chrome-disable-web-security.

Recommendation:

• Clean local generated artifacts after confirming nothing is intentionally retained.
• Add stronger .dockerignore coverage so these cannot enter image builds.
